Asking for help can be one of the hardest steps to take, but it’s also the first step toward healing and growth. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s transitions and challenges to discover resilience, healing, and personal growth.
I believe healing happens in a space filled with kindness and honesty, where you can feel truly seen and supported as you explore your thoughts and emotions. I specialize in working with children, families, and individuals affected by addiction, trauma, and neurodiversity. By blending evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, and play based behavioral therapies, I tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and strengths.
With deep insight into the challenges addiction can bring to families, I am committed to supporting not only individuals but also their loved ones as they heal and rebuild connections. I am especially dedicated to early intervention for children, empowering them to build a strong foundation for emotional and social well-being. My work is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and authentic
life. Whether you’re seeking help for your child, working through personal struggles, or facing family difficulties, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, insight, and unwavering support. Let’s navigate this journey together and help you or your loved one
become the best version of themselves.
